2 fantastic days in Rome

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station and 15 minutes from the Colosseum, and close to bus stops. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious at the pastry bar next door (run by them). The rooms are very clean and quiet, with windows and a balcony overlooking the beautiful square.

Strategic location, impeccable cleanliness and comfort, and superb breakfast.

Convenient location, just a few steps from the station with a lovely view of the square. The breakfast is superb, served at the owners' pastry shop, which offers an incredible variety of pastries. The bathroom is a bit small but spotlessly clean, with a supply of soaps, shower caps, and all necessary amenities.

The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (Room 3). The bed and shower are very comfortable. The breakfast at the bar is excellent, though it mainly includes pastries and drinks and does not offer yogurt or fresh fruit.

Everything: the courtesy of the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the location (5 minutes from Roma Termini), and the atmosphere, which is different from the station area. The property is a 20-minute walk to the Forums. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The check in process was very easy, we appreciate the fact that the hosts were very friendly and that breakfast from the lovely cafe right next door was included in the stay. Our room with the balcony was perfect for the two of us and it was very clean. The location was prime and we walked to most destinations.
